Everyone of us know the ecstacy and thrill of walking in a beach under the full-moon. It truly REJUVENATES one's vigour & vitality. Not just the physical body, but also the energy-body gets revived. Try to Meditate as mentioned here, on this occasion.

New Moon Meditation. The occasion  is rightly termed as New Moon, when the Skies florish with stars all-over; it is also the time of high-tides. All Energies undergo 'Refresh'/'Reset' mode. Every NewMoon, remember to press your RESET button, to relieve out Stress and Tensions -- Mind, Body & Soul. 

NewMoon Night is the time when you should be ALONE, and spend time in contemplation. Prefer to be SILENT on this NEW MOON, as your time permits.

Full Moon Meditation has its unique benefits for the health & well-being of any individual. It could be done anytime, anywhere. But, it is preferred if one sits under the open sky in the night, with the full-moon showering Warm-Energy Rays upon the Sadhak. It would also help if he/she wears a loose dress in Full White, and on a light stomach. General points of Meditation need to be followed. May this Moon shower you with Divine Nectar !

  • Any Meditation is for your own good. So, sit relaxed, on a mattress for comfort. Wear Comfortable & Loose Dress. 

  • Switch off units like Mobiles, Phones, Ipads, Music players, TV sets and such other gadgets that disturb you.

  • May be, if you like some good soothing music, allow that music to seep and sweep through in your surroundings.

  • If Meditation is new to you or there is some difficulty, TRY to FOCUS on some nature's picture/painting. Better still, GET a GURU ... and FOCUS on your GURU, your personal TEACHER. 

  • Close your eyes, and reduce your sensitivity to stimuli as much as possible. Try not to OPEN your eyes IMMEDIATELY after you finish the meditation. Close your eyes with your palms slightly, and open slowly. 

  • Breath in through NOSE, slowly and rhythmatically. If it is difficult, you can BREATH OUT through mouth. 

  • Fix the time that you would like to MEDITATE ... and tell yourself to not get disturbed till then. 

  • Time limits can depend on your other conditions. I would recommend starting with a minute for few days, go on upto 20 minutes at one stretch as the weeks progress. And, once you reach higher planes of TANTRA... time has no limit.
