   This is the first exercise ...              

Well, here is the FIRST EXERCISE. 

 

Before you embark upon the exercise, I have this NOTE for you to read: -

 

* You may consider this EXERCISE as an ENTRANCE TEST for evaluating your energy consciousness and level of understanding my teachings. So, it is upto you to analyse and practice this EXERCISE. Do NOT forget to update me about the FEEL and RESULT that you obtained, after doing this exercise. I shall be very glad to READ your report. 1. Sit relaxed. Do this on EMPTY stomach.  Not after you eat.

2. Wear free and loose dress. You can do this alone. or, if your partner also joins with you, it would be of good help. NO NEED To be NUDE.

3. REFRAIN from touching your sex-parts, as much as possible--- before, during or after this exersie. (In other words, this exercise is not an alternative to masturbation. Do not, hence use this for exciting yourself, or your partner's sex)

4.  Bend your left leg, and place it under your buttocks. The idea is to feel your root-chakra (Mooladhar chakra).  Relax, and don't strain yourself.

5. Squeeze your buttocks, as if you are STOPPING to poop or pee. This is just to force your energy into a focus.  

6. Place your PALM on your belly--touching naked skin. And, close eyes. 

7. Breath rhythmatically.Count slowly to 10.  feel.  feel.
